“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
“Orders” means a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
“Policy” means this Return and Refund Policy.

“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
You have a right to return the Order for a full refund (less shipping) for any reason, within 14 days of receipt, contingent on the following conditions.
To qualify for a refund, You must:
Request a refund within 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party You have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
Clearly state Your refund request in an email sent to sales@tech-tools.com. Include a copy of Your invoice. We will respond with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the Goods within 7 days from receiving the return authorization.
Properly package the Goods to prevent damage in transit.
Return the Goods, including all accessories, in the original packaging to the address indicated in the return authorization instructions.
Prepay the postage/freight.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods that are ‘custom ordered’ or otherwise not normally stocked.
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these return conditions in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable delivery service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Packages sent freight-collect will be refused, or the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund, at Our discretion.
We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Policy on the Website, and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy.
You are advised to review this Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Policy are effective when they are posted on the Website.
