Brief History

TechTools was founded in 1991 with its introduction of a cost effective Memory Emulator. Today, TechTools produces over 65 models of Memory Emulators and is a leading producer of PIC development tools. PIC tools include In-Circuit Emulators, debuggers, programmers and assemblers. Our newest product development includes PC-based Logic Analyzers with Serial Signal Analysis. TechTools ships products worldwide from Rowlett, Texas.
